Samsung Excavator Models Deliver Power
|
Samsung Excavator Models Deliver Power When it comes to heavy machinery, Samsung was once considered one of the world's leaders in the industry. From Samsung excavator models to crawlers and beyond, this name stood for quality construction machinery since 1974. Although still an industry leader, Samsung excavator models are no longer made by the Samsung company. In 1998, Volvo Construction Equipment bought the Korean company and its extensive line of products. Now a part of the international powerhouse that Volvo has created in the construction industry, Samsung excavator models come backed by a company whose name stands for quality and safety in a number of different motor-driven fields. The Samsung excavator/Volvo line now includes a variety of construction equipment. From compact excavators to wheeled and crawler designs, the company makes them all. It is also well known for its compact wheel loaders, articulated haulers and backhoe loaders. Each product in the new line features the quality engineering Volvo is known for along with its safety and comfort features. That Samsung name is still found on some crawler and wheeled excavators in the field, speaking to the quality of design. Newer models, however, tend to bear the Volvo name rather than Samsung excavator designations. The Samsung wheeled line at one point included a number of different models, including the SE130W-3 and the SE170W-3. The crawler line included more than a dozen different models, designed for high power jobs where traction was a must. Now mostly operating under the Volvo name, the Samsung excavator model lines are rather extensive. All models in the lines feature the craftsmanship and quality Volvo is known for. The B-series, for example, puts typical Volvo safety at the forefront. These models, which number well over a half dozen, also feature comfort designs that keep reliability, productivity and service in mind, as well. Models in this series are designed for major earth moving jobs. They do offer some versatility as far as the kind of tasks they can perform. The company's compact excavators are designed to be multi-purpose tools. They are ideal for getting big jobs done in small spaces. The idea behind the rather large E series is cost-effectiveness, fuel-effectiveness and power. Many of the models in this line are as good at lifting heavy items as they are earth moving. The wheeled excavators that have taken over the Samsung excavator line include three models. They boast Volvo engines, refined hydraulics and other features that tend to make them stand out from the competition. They work as well off road as on. Although Samsung excavator models are no longer made by the Samsung company, they still come backed by a major name in the industry. Now featuring Volvo engines, designs and features, these machines are made to shine where heavy work needs to be done. |
